FAQ'S

Please use our Resy page to book. Just click the "BOOK A TABLE" button in the main menu on this website to be taken there.

Can you accommodate children?

Of course! We welcome families! If you are coming with children who require a high chair, please add them to your seating numbers on booking and request a highchair in the notes. We do not have enough space for prams, but we can store them downstairs whilst you are dining.

Do you have baby changing facilities?

We have one small toilet for diners which unfortunately is unable to safely provide changing facilities

Do you have disabled toilets?

Unfortunately, the building has one toilet which is not set up for disabled access.

Do you allow dogs?

We welcome guide dogs/ service dogs into the restaurant. However, as the dining space is limited, we are unable to accommodate any other dogs. We do however have outside benches which dogs are welcome to sit at. The outside seating is not bookable

Is there parking?

There is paid parking in the multi-storey on Tavistock place, a 1 min walk from the restaurant

Do you have a Vegan or Vegetarian menu?

We do! Please ask your server and they can talk you through all the vegetarian and vegan options on the menu

Do you cater for gluten free?

We do not have a GF menu and we cannot 100% guarantee no gluten as we use products containing gluten in the kitchen. We don’t currently do GF buns but we do offer bun-less burgers for anyone with an allergy. If you have any questions, please ask your server and we can talk through which sides are GF.

What if I have an allergy can I still dine with you?

Yes of course! We take allergies very seriously, no matter what the allergy. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will also be able to provide you with allergen sheets ahead of your meal. We will always be honest about our processes and let you know if there is something we cannot 100% guarantee so the correct judgement can be made.

Do I need to book?

We always advise booking through our Resy system as it can be very busy on the weekends. We do keep some tables for walk-ins and seats at the bar where you can dine!

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we will always try and accommodate walk ins but we strongly advise booking for special occasions or groups over 4.

We have a QR code which you can scan to order through our website. When your order is ready, we will call you to come and collect.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY CLIKC AND COLLECT?

The order will give you the address to our back door, if you come through and ask the kitchen pass or a server, they will be able to find your order for you.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We currently operate through Deliveroo, but this is turned off at peak times as we service a lot of orders through the platform. Best advice is to order early, we can never guarantee when we will be on Deliveroo - it’s a case keeping an eye on the app and ordering when you see us live!

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY DELIVEROO ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your food once it leaves us at the restaurant. If your food is cold, doesn’t show up or has a bag missing…. Please contact Deliveroo directly on 02036999977.
